Our shipping rates are as follows: $8.95 for Parcel Post and $10.95 Express Post Australia Wide or Free Parcel Post Shipping for orders above $200. You do have the option to upgrade orders above $200 to Express Post for a reduced rate of $7.95.

Please note - Upon requesting the parcel to be left at a designated place, such as front/back door etc, Australia Post will do so as per the request.
If the parcel is stolen/taken and or damaged neither Cigar Hut nor Australia Post are responsible for replacement or compensation. Hence we strongly recommend to all our valued customers to tick the "Signature on Delivery" option to ensure safe delivery of your order.
Courier Delivery Option:
We engage Couriers Please for deliveries as well. Please check transit time to your destination on their website.

All orders to Australia Post Parcel Lockers will require photographic ID prior to sending.
Parcel post can take up to six business days to get to Western Australia, Northern Territory and Tasmania, hence customers in those regions are strongly recommended to choose the Express Post option, orders are usually received within two to three business days.
All orders are shipped within two working days via Parcel Post or Express Post. If you have not received an order within seven days, please notify us by email at: firstname.lastname@example.org
If an item is out of stock and cannot be sent out within 48 hours from the time the order was place we will contact you via email to provide you with a time frame for delivery.

PAYPAL payments accepted
Bank Transfer is a payment option during Checkout Procedure. An automated email will be sent upon order completion with all the details.
Refund and Returns
Your satisfaction is our first priority at Cigar Hut. If your item is faulty upon receipt or is not as described, we will gladly exchange the item or refund your credit card. All returns are subject to us receiving the item back within 7 days of purchase. Items must be returned with their original packaging and, unless they were damaged prior to you receiving them, must still be in an unused and saleable condition.
All cigars are inspected prior to shipping for damage or defects. Please note cigars should be stored at the correct temperature of 19C and 70% humidity.
We do not offer exchanges or refunds on change of mind or on the basis that the goods ordered were not to personal taste.

- Your Order number if known (appears on the top of the confirmation email)
- Your name and address
- A description of the item you are returning
- Whether you would like a refund or exchange. If you wish to exchange it for a different item, please include the name and item number of the replacement item.
