This highly anticipated Glenfarclas release began to take shape when Distillery manager Callum Fraser noticed a parcel of casks nearing their thirty-fifth birthday. Upon further investigation he discovered that they were exceptional examples and thus the first 35 year old offering from Glenfarclas was born. A limited quantity release presented in the iconic red box paying homage to the warehouse doors of the distillery
Official Tasting Notes
Nose – Reminiscent of roasted almonds, dried dark fruits and creamy toffee. Flavour: Sherried fruit, dark chocolate and raisins.
Finish – A lingering aftertaste of cinnamon and cocoa powder creating a warm decadent finish.
ABV: 43%
